Golden Manor is for anyone 62 or older or who has a permanent disability.  Base rent is $652.00 plus utilities-USDA subsidies are offered and are subject to availability (currently all assigned). All units are ground level, one bedroom, one bath and have a kitchen, dining area, living room, bedroom, storage closet and bathroom.  Some units are set up to meet the needs of those that are mobility impaired.
